Juggling Elephants – Success Without Getting Squashed

Do you feel like you are trying to “Juggle Elephants” on a daily basis?  This engaging program is for participants that feel like they have too much to do with not enough time and energy to get it all done.  Participants will learn key strategies on how to be more focused and ultimately more productive in their professional and personal endeavors.  This is not a “one strategy fits all” type of program but will present a variety of tools that can be applied by frontline workers as well as top executives.  Time management, work/life balance, building diverse teams focused on a common goal and reducing burnout will be a few of the key topics discussed.

Todd Musig is a co-author of the award winning book, Juggling Elephants, An Easier Way to Get Your Most Important Things Done-Now!. He is also a founder and managing partner of Juggling Elephants LLC, an international training and consulting firm dedicated to helping individuals and organizations accomplish what is most important to them.
