2021 Uncomfortable Conversations – Dialogue #7

WIRED DIFFERENTLY
“Embracing Neurodiversity in the Workplace”

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

The world as we know it has changed and now more than ever, includes many individuals that are unique and wired differently. Neurodiverse individuals in the workforce think, learn and process information differently and are a vital and valuable, contribution to any team’s overall success. They contribute to building a more competitive workforce and need to be honored, recruited, welcomed and supported.

In this powerful webinar, attendees will learn how to re-imagine an inclusive and healthy workplace that truly embraces all Neurological differences. As an HR professional, manager or co-worker, learn to make meaningful connections between people and their skills, placing the focus on what unique attributes they bring to the table, not what skills they don’t possess. Attendees will receive the tools needed to become champions and advocates for Neurodiverse employees within their organizations in order to innovate and thrive as a team, becoming a more authentic and socially inclusive company.
