Conference Themes
The Diversity Leadership Alliance 23rd annual Social Justice Conference will focus on Building Resilience and renewed Hope for Equity and Inclusion. Conference Participants will step into a transformative, content-rich experience of virtual and in-person sessions where each individual can delve deeper into the heart and soul of what makes DEi programming impactful and meaningful. The 2024 Annual Conference Partnership will continue to foster a safe where individuals and organizations can cultivate resilience in the face of challenges and ignite a renewed sense of hope for a more inclusive future. Through thought -provoking panels, riveting keynote addresses, and powerful workshops, participants will emerge empowered to navigate the pushback on Diversity, wholly embrace inclusion, and drive meaningful conversations within their spheres of influence.
Key Strategies & Programs of Diversity and Inclusion Partnerships
WORKSHOPS: Monthly VIRTUAL workshops, with attendance averaging over 200 plus attendees per month, feature world-class diversity practice leaders who promote leadership skills and educate attendees on a wide variety of topics. Participants gain valuable tools and information that can be implemented in their organizations and community all in our new virtual format.

Diversity Leadership Alliance is the premier Diversity Education organization in Arizona. We provide thought-provoking Diversity training, leadership guidance and continued support to help cultivate an inclusive community where each individual is valued and respected.
Youth Leadership Academy
The Youth Leadership Academy assists High school students transitioning from school to work, as well as provide them with tools and resources to help build leadership skills. Students receive resources, funding and guidance to pursue Higher Education.
